Have you ever thought that you could make your life story into a book?

Autobiography does not have to be just the life-stories of the famous. Everybody has a story to tell and we all have something to say. This workshop will help you find the key stories and experiences in your own life and will offer you the time and skills to tell them in your own words. During the session, Chris Salt (documentary film maker and playwright) and Karen Hayes (poet and performer) will help you create a small volume of your own and gain the confidence to create more. You don’t need any writing experience, just a willingness to share your experiences.

This session is a taster for a larger project scheduled to happen in Rochdale next year.
