Festival Box Office
If you can’t book online, you can pay in cash and collect tickets from the festival box office located at Touchstones Rochdale, The Esplanade, Rochdale OL16 1AQ. The box office is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am – 5pm. There are no booking fees or additional charges.
The festival cannot refund money or exchange tickets, except in the case of a cancelled performance.
Our intention is to make everything we do accessible to all our audiences. We, therefore, offer a free ticket for support workers/assistants that travel with disabled patrons to ensure they are able to attend.
If you have any special requirements or are a support worker/assistant please call 0300 303 8876 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
All council venues are accessible to disabled people.
Please bring your ticket/s and ensure you arrive on time for each event, as late admittance may not be permitted.
Please arrive in plenty of time. It is not always possible to admit latecomers once an event has started and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any performance until a suitable break.
